Hi Rene,

I am not sure I have got to grips with this technology yet - I thought I posted a comment on the acorn woodpecker painting yesterday but don't see it. I'm interested in buying an acorn woodpecker painting from you. The painting I see here is beautiful. Are you likely to have any more acorn woodpeckers for sale in the near future?
All your paintings and drawings on your blog are beautiful, by the way!

This particular painting will be posted in my shop (link on the right hand side) tomorrow. Yes, acorn woodpeckers are one of my favorite birds to paint since they have so much character. So, I will have more of them available for sale.

Hi Rene,
I received the acorn woodpecker - it is even more beautiful than the online image. Thank you so much! I will keep admiring your beautiful work!

I bought a print (1/50) of this painting and have framed it and added to my collection of wildlife art. It has already generated several favorable comments. It will be one of my favorites. Like your painting of the Pileated Woodpecker, the foliage adds valuable context to the subject.
