folklorico
"Victory dancer", 8"x10" watercolor. The dancer was actually surrounded by several other dancers but I was too lazy to include the others. The dances were held during Earth Day festival at Victory Park, Stockton.
LDDP, Thanks for the information. I altered Laura's face for keep her identity anonymous but it looks like you were still able to identify her. They were great dancers. My daughters really enjoyed watching the dances.
